THESIS AND READING AND RESEARCH COMMITTEES
Over the past 30 years I estimate that I have served on over 200 thesis and reading and research committees. Over the past 5 years I have served on an average of 25% of the committees of students graduating with a master’s degree in education within the Human Resource Development Program. In addition, I have chaired from 6 to 8 committees each year. In conjunction with my committee work, I conduct a weekly 3 hour seminar for graduate students working on their research.
PROGRAM COMMITTEES AND ADVISING
Over the past 10 years I have served on between 10 to 15 research committees annually. In addition, I am the major advisor to 5-10 students per year. Over the last academic year I have also served on the Faculty Senate, the Media Board, the Budget and Compensation Committee for the faculty senate, the College's Personnel Advisor Committee (PAC) and I ws the Volunteer Coordinator for the Brainstorming State Conference.
