AHRD MASTER’S PROGRAM
JMU seeks to reach out to the global world, to be fully engaged, to make a nationally recognized difference locally, regionally, nationally, and globally. JMU also seeks to be regarded nationally as deeply engaged in our society and consistently innovative in the pursuit of the highest student learning experience. I choose to be a part of this vision. I am encouraged to explore diversity beyond JMU and beyond American boarders.

COURSES DEVELOPED AT JAMES MADISON UNIVERSITY
When I came to JMU in 1990 the minor in Human Resource Development was new. As a faculty of about 8 members we designed the minor and created each of the courses that were taught in the program. As the program grew we added a graduate program. Again I was involved in designing courses for the graduate program, particularly the learning theories course, the diversity course and the leadership course. I am currently teaching full time in our graduate program.
